Lois Taylor
Director of Dance Centred, a performer, maker and creative workshop facilitator who shares her desire to engage with others through dance, in a variety of contexts.
Recent collaborations include: performer and choreographic commisions for The Bodmin Moor Poetry Festival, Dark Skies Bright Stars arts / science project, and Transform - an artist collaboration, commissioned through Plymouth University.
She lectured in dance for over 8 years at Plymouth University and Falmouth University and founded The Vital Spark Community Arts Project, and Midsummer Dance performance platform.
Past work includes: Co founder of Attik Dance company, a regularly funded client of The Arts Council of England, Plymouth City council and a registered charity. The company delivered high quality performance and workshop programmes for national touring, that led the way in building bridges between the arts and education, health and social development.

Sarah Fairhall
Having attained a BA (Hons) Dance Theatre from the Laban Centre, London in 2002 Sarah worked with La Mi La dance company in Italy and England from 2001-03 and co-founded C-Scape dance company in 2003, touring 'Blonde' in 2005 and performing in several shows, including 'Road To The Beach' and 'Landings'.
A dance performer and teacher of all ages, Sarah is especially interested in improvisational somatic practices such as authentic movement, Skinner Releasing and Butoh.
She is especially driven by nature, meditation and honest response through body-mindfulness.
Sarah’s interests include cold water/wild swimming, yoga, and a passion for intuitive horsemanship. She is a competent singer with the Eden choir and Lazybirds trio.
Tommaso Giacopini
Tommaso is a theatre maker, dancer, musician, composer, poet. Obtained a BA degree in Physical Theatreat the Accademia Teatro Dimitri(Switzerland) and an MA in Creative Practice: Transdisciplinary Focusat the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Dance (London, UK). Currently active as performer in his own creations and for the circus/theatre company Acrojou (Kent, UK) and as musician for his own music projects.
Tommaso was brought up in the Swiss Alps, and currently lives in London. He enjoys experimentation and explores a range of disciplines, believing they enrich and complete one another.
Gemma Kempthorne
Gemma is a Freelance Artist, Associate Lecturer at Falmouth University and Yoga teacher based in North East Cornwall.
She has worked as a performer and choreographer for Rogue Theatre, Cscape, Dance Republic 2 and Salt Festival, amongst others.
Her primary focus over the past 5 years has been the development of RoseHip Barn, a venue designed to increase cultural activity in her local area.
She enjoys contrasts from the silly to the sublime and is interested in spatial composition be that of choreography, painting or architecture. She enjoys the colourful diversity of her work and views the project Physical Postcards as an excellent opportunity to explore this experience collaboratively through the creative process whilst strengthening her connection with the local community and fellow artists working in North and East Cornwall.
